Brittany enjoys the challenge of drafting and negotiating transaction documents to meet her clients’ strategic and business objectives. Her practice largely focuses on commercial and real estate transactions and corporate law.
As a former in-house counsel, Brittany understands business from the client’s perspective. She has experience negotiating a wide range of contracts, from distribution and supply to software licensing and equipment service agreements. She also has worked with clients to ensure protection of intellectual property through trademarking, franchising and licensing programs.
Brittany regularly drafts, reviews, and negotiates lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, residential and commercial property transactions, letters of intent and services agreements. She also manages the corporate maintenance process for more than 125 legal entities every year.
