Active Member
(5 or more years of commercial real estate experience in one of the approved categories)

Dues: $295 per calendar year
Associate Member
(Between 2 and 5 years of experience in one of the approved categories)
Associate Members receive all benefits of active membership, except that an Associate may not be a member of the CREW Board of Directors.

Membership Candidate
(Less than 2 years experience in one of the approved categories)
The Membership Candidate category allows relatively new professionals to join CREW and participate in many of the CREW events and activities. Candidates have the opportunity to interact with and learn from their more experienced counterparts. Candidates may serve on certain Committees, but may not serve on the Board of Directors, be a Committee Chair or vote in CREW elections
Dues: $147.50 per calendar year
