Karley Frankic joined Green Coast Enterprises in May as their Construction Supervisor. She is overseeing the construction of 100 Building America certified energy efficient houses for Project Home Again, which is funded by the Leonard and Louise Riggio Foundation, founders of the Barnes & Noble chain.  Project Home Again houses are being given to Gentilly homeowners whose homes flooded in the federal levee failure.

Karley is also administrating the EnviRenew program that is building 125 energy efficient homes and providing sustainablity upgrades to 125 renovations for The Salvation Army. EnviRenew is focused on the five parishes of Metro New Orleans.

Karley’s years of zoning and permitting experience will be an asset to Green Coast Enterprises in their development of targeted commercial property.
