Tracey Dodd

Tracey Dodd has over 20 years of experience in performance of professional services in support of environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene projects. This experience includes the performance of risk assessment and toxicological services for risk based closures for remediation, corrective action and expert testimony, as well as the performance of workplace industrial hygiene assessments during remediation, following property damage, and during general operating conditions.

Tracey’s extensive experience in the field of solid and hazardous waste management includes permitting, compliance, and remediation. She has significant expertise in landfill, landfarm, and surface impoundment closures, including permitting and operations, reduction of post closure care activities, and construction quality assurance.

Tracey has also performed a variety of air permitting, including the preparation of Title V permits and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit applications, and has performed a multitude of broad Environmental Assessments and Categorical Exclusions in support of projects involving federal funds. Tracey is also responsible to managing and assessing properties with reactive/Chinese drywall across many states, and her efforts are supporting current litigation efforts.

At J.S. Held, Tracey is responsible for risk assessment and toxicology projects, industrial hygiene, as well as serving to support environmental consulting needs company wide. This also includes leading projects where Infection Control in healthcare/hospital settings are at issue, as well as food safety and health sanitation projects where quality assurance and quality control issues and compliance with prevailing Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is required.
