Equity in Numbers

We understand the importance of diversity to FNF’s success and believe meaningful progress can be measured. That’s why we publish a Sustainability Report every year that covers key areas such as workforce diversity and pay equity practices and highlights our corporate commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Some of the Sustainability Report highlights include:

  • Women make up 69% of FNF’s U.S. workforce, a figure that consistently exceeds national benchmarks for the financial services industry.

  • In 2024, FNF retained over 87% of its U.S. workforce, highlighting our inclusive culture and development opportunities.

  • With an average employee tenure of over 10 years and 178 employees serving more than 40 years, FNF’s people-first approach keeps talent committed and thriving.

  • In 2024, FNF granted 288 scholarships worth over $1 million to employees’ dependents, of whom 67% are female, supporting the next generation of leaders in pursuing higher education.

  • FNF is committed to supplier diversity by ensuring that businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans, and LGBTQ+ individuals have equal opportunities to compete for contracts, resulting in meaningful, positive impacts in the communities we serve.

  • From 2021–2023, FNF was named one of Forbes Best Employers for Diversity as well as Forbes Best Employers for Women, based upon employee survey responses on various criteria such as gender, ethnicity, general diversity and pay equity.

  • FNF was recently awarded First Place in the DEI category for its “Women are Doers II” campaign by the Retirement Plan Sponsor Council of America, reflecting our commitment to uplifting women in the workplace.
